  • $20 shipping for prams and car capsules

  • $15 shipping for accessories and gifting items

  • Applies to metropolitan areas as defined by Australia Post: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth, Canberra

If your delivery address is outside a metropolitan area, or if you have ordered nursery furniture, a member of the iCandy team will contact you with a customised shipping quote.

Your order will leave our warehouse within approximately 5 days after payment is received and processed.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • NSW, VIC, SA (Metro): Up to 4 business days

  • NSW, VIC, SA (Regional): Up to 7 business days

  • QLD & WA (Metro): 5–7 business days

  • NT & Regional QLD/WA: 7–14 business days depending on location

Please note: Regional areas may take longer. Delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods or due to external delays.

Courier & Tracking

  • Prams cannot be delivered to a Post Office or PO Box. Smaller items may be sent via Australia Post.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is ready to ship. This email may land in junk or spam, so please check these folders.

It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the courier’s system.

  • iCandy Australia reserves the right to update shipping charges without prior notice.

  • We are unable to provide phone calls on the day of delivery or in advance of courier arrival.

  • We make every effort to ship all orders by the expected shipping date, however, on occasion we can experience delays outside of our control.
