Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund for change of mind purchases or incorrect purchases made.
Once you have received your order, please notify Customer Service via email within 24hrs of delivery, if any items are missing or damaged. Outside of this period iCandy is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims). If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery via email to info@tobil.com.au
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts will not be refunded.
FAULTY GOODS
We will rectify, replace or exchange (at our discretion) an item which is deemed to have a manufacturing fault within the warranty period.
Please note that any product MUST be returned to us or the retailer you purchased it from, in order for it to be assessed and a manufacturing fault identified.
Refunds and Returns (if applicable)
To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories. *There is no refund for postage charges or shipping costs incurred.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts will not be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
